It’s a new year, and over here at SSF we’re making big changes! This year we’re focusing on creating recipes with all natural, unprocessed ingredients to take your health to the next level.

We will also be incorporating more snack, lunch and dinner recipes! If you have a sweet tooth, our blog is loaded with healthier options for whatever you’re craving, and we’ll still be creating all natural guilt-free desserts!

One of my New Years goals was to incorporate more green juices and smoothies into my life. So I went searching on craigslist and found an awesome juicer for a great deal. Check out one of my favorite recipes below!
