We’re close to wrapping up bikini season, but it’s not too late to get fit from head to toe with today’s new workout challenge.

Before we get into the full workout today though, my sister and I want you to know why we call things “bikini body” challenges and such. 

In fact, our best-selling workout program is even called Bikini Bootcamp.

But why? 

When people are searching on the internet, they probably don’t know Super Sister Fitness exists yet. 

And that’s where keywords come in… 

You see, it’s not that we “love” calling these workouts “bikini” challenges — but that’s what a lot of women are searching for out there on the ol’ Google machine.

So while we agree that anyone and everyone can rock a confident, healthy and attractive body in whatever swimwear they so desire — we do still have to cater to the larger search audience so that new people can easily find these cool communities of women we’ve built here.

Women who will support them through and through. Women who will uplift and inspire them to be their best, whatever that looks like to them.

So without further ado, I proudly bring you today’s “bikini body” challenge. 

And I know it’s going to ROCK your body, so get ready to sweat!
