Dark Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Trail Mix

Trail mix is often loaded with unhealthy sugars such as M & M’s and yogurt covered fruit. In our version, we replace these with mini dark chocolate chips, unsweetened coconut and freeze dried strawberries! Our healthy trail mix is full of wholesome ingredients that will give you an added boost of energy. Try it on top of greek yogurt or grab a handful for a quick snack you can take with you anywhere!

 

Dark Chocolate Strawberry Coconut Trail Mix

  • 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw pecans
  • 1 (1.2 oz) bag freeze dried strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
