If we had to pick a favorite food it would definitely be sushi, hands down. Sometimes we find ourselves craving sushi two or three times throughout the week. So we decided to create our own carbless sushi to satisfy the urge, and it tastes just as good as the real thing! Plus, the fun thing about this recipe is you really can choose ANY ingredients you want. So feel free to get creative when making your own sushi.
No Carb Sushi Rolls
- 3 sheets of nori (seaweed)
- 1/2 large cucumber cut into long strips
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1 (6oz) can tuna (or whatever you prefer)
