Emily Sopo is the first trainer involved with the all-new #SSFsweatsquad, and today she’s sharing some awesome functional core moves to help tighten, tone and sculpt your middle section. Also, because we’re moving our full body throughout most movements, we’re also spiking your heart rate which will help you continue to burn calories throughout the day.
Mix and match the workouts in this series and make sure you do one class 1-2x per week.
