Then this hip opening yoga video is for you.

Join me for a quick yoga flow to properly warm-up your body before we work into hip openers.

In this video, I will also show you the progression on how to do the splits – the same progression Liz and I used to work into full splits.

No matter where you are now, if you continue to practice this yoga flow you’ll be in splits before you know it! The more you practice these split stretches, the sooner you will get there.
