Yay! It’s Trainer Tip Tuesday again 🙂
This week I’m bringing a quick power vinyasa flow to your living room.
Have you ever heard that yoga is the fountain of youth?
Well, it’s TRUE!
If you want to look better, feel better and have more energy then you need yoga in your life.
Try to practice yoga at least 2-3 times per week, even if you only have 10 minutes.
Over time, those 10 minutes add up and before you know it you’ll have less stiffness and stress in your body.
Yoga allows you to open up to a whole new experience – feeling better than you’ve ever felt in your own body.
Reflecting on a conversation I had with a man in Palm Springs a couple of weekends ago and I have to say that yoga is accessible for ANYONE.
He told me he noticed that those who do yoga are always happier and emanate that happiness wherever they go.
Sometimes I hate calling yoga “yoga” because there’s such a stigma around it. Call it whatever you like – yoga, calisthenics, stretching – it really doesn’t matter…
What matters is the fact that yoga has literally changed my life.
I’ve never felt so connected with my own body, and in turn I really worked through my own depression and massive binge/eating disorder that I struggled with for over 4 years.
Now, at this point I can’t even imagine how I used to think about food and health in such a negative light.
It’s given me the strength and confidence to conquer anything that comes my way and I hope I can help guide you through the same transformation.
