12 Days of Christmas ~ Day 11 ~ Eggnog Protein Shake

 The holidays aren’t complete without a little eggnog in your life! We came up with this healthy and completely delicious eggnog protein shake recipe to satisfy any cravings you have for the “real deal” that’s loaded with sugar. This recipe tastes like a thick, creamy eggnog milkshake while still being healthy… talk about a Christmas miracle 😉


Eggnog Protein Shake

Serves: 1


  • 3/4 cup egg substitute (we used Eggbeaters)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 packets stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp rum or almond extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum*
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • *optional but recommended to make your shake thick and creamy!


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
  2. Enjoy!
