It’s just to help keep it moist, so you could try unsweetened applesauce instead
Must the greek yogurt be used, or can you substitute/omit it?
You could try it – but you’d probably need less liquid ingredients. Play around with it and let us know!
Can you use oat flour instead of coconut flour?
oops just seen the answer,nvm!
What is the serving size?
As many as it makes! Ours made 4 pancakes
How many pancakes per serving? 1?
I tried making these yesterday however the batter had more of a cookie dough consistency than a thick batter consistency therefore making them hardto cook. Not sure what I did wrong.
Abbie-I am going to try the topping using Chocolate Shakeology!
OMG LOVE THESE!!! XOXO
Probably about 50 calories less 🙂
What is the nutrition without the topping?
Hi girls! The only “protein powder” I have is chocolate Shakeology (which isn’t really a true protein powder!) any quick substitutes I could purchase in the grocery store??
Yes, we can’t really say amounts because we aren’t sure which brand you’re using. Just taste test a little 🙂
Can you use the liquid stevia extract instead of the packets? If so, how much?
