“Lucky Clover” Healthy Egg Breakfast
I saw a similar recipe like this on Pinterest and almost lost me marbles.
Somebody made an egg white frittata using green peppers and I thought, “How cute and creative is this?!” So I just adapted mine to literally be a single, whipped egg in a green pepper clover.
Now that’s lucky!
Here’s how I did it:
Healthy “Shamrock Shake” Kiwi Smoothie Recipe
Get yourself in the kitchen STAT, you little Irish vixen, because this recipe couldn’t be easier.
Throw all the ingredients together in a blender and you’re golden. 😉

Get busy with your “Lucky 7” workout this week.
Repeat as many rounds as possible with good form, or set a timer for 15 mins. and keep repeating until time runs out.
