Sometimes I feel like a broken record saying that you should eat a plant based diet, but that’s because I am so passionate about helping others end the struggle with food to finally end the cycle of yo-yo dieting and calorie counting once and for all.
Being plant-based doesn’t mean you have to be a vegan. It just means you should focus your diet on consuming as many fresh fruits and vegetables as possible.
As we like to say “eat your veggies first!”
It’s a motto we live by and most people are surprised at how much food we eat daily. Since fruit and vegetables are low in calories but high in water content and fiber, you need to eat more of them to ensure you’re giving your body enough fuel.
So, if you do just one thing in 2015 – eat more plant based!
I promise you won’t regret it.
Now, drink to your health, vitality, glowing skin, effortless weight loss and more.
