We also want to congratulate all of our New Year Challenge participants for finishing a great 12 weeks together! We are so proud to announce that everyone who completed the challenge improved their strength, functional ability, body fat %, circumference measurements and overall outlook towards health, fitness and nutrition ~ results that they now have the tools and resources to sustain long term.
We appreciate every single participant for their unique personalities and truly enjoyed their enthusiasm towards our program. We were particularly touched by the following testimonial and feel very blessed to have been a part of such an amazing transformation:
The Super Sisters, aka Liz and Sara, are amazing. In December 2012, just when I had decided to cancel
my gym membership, I saw the Super Sisters’ 2013 Fitness Challenge flyer. I had stopped going to
the gym, and at 64 years old, was quite discouraged about getting fit. I signed up for the 12 week
program and loved it. The challenge was physical and mental: cardiovascular, core strength and stability,
flexibility, muscle strength, quickness and lightness on your feet. But for me, the most rewarding
aspect was to rediscover how much fun getting fit can be. Liz and Sara had the class working hard and
sweating, and also laughing and challenging ourselves to keep going. The 12 weeks are over, and I
improved quite a bit, but more important is my promise to myself to keep going forward.
Thank you Liz and Sara.
No, thank YOU. Thank you all for inspiring us daily to keep doing what we’re doing. We have so much to be grateful for and we want you to know you’re OUR reason to keep moving forward! 🙂 Congrats.
