Core Workout for Women | Flat Belly Exercises
Happy Trainer Tip Tuesday!
Back at you this week with a core workout for women to help tone and flatten your midsection.
Of course, you already know that you can’t “spot reduce,” but with the right exercises and nutrition plan you can get the flat belly you’ve always dreamed of.
All you need for this workout is a carpeted floor or mat and one 5-10 pound weight. If you don’t have a dumbbell at home, try a gallon of water or your small dog 😉
Repeat 3-5 times or until your core is on FIYAH!
