In fact, I myself have been suffering from low back pain for the last 3-4 months.

It’s because of spending my younger years walking around “dumping” into my low back.
Now what do I mean by “dumping”?
Essentially, I was letting my pelvis tilt so much that I was causing all the pressure to build in my low back, causing a “pinching” that lead to some serious back pain for the last few months.
Just imagine this… my pelvis was tilted so far that my tailbone was essentially point straight behind me instead of down toward the ground.
Did this happen over night?
Definitely not. It was a series of many, many years that led to this back pain and I’m only 26!
Now what am I doing to relieve back pain?
Walking around with my “tailbone in.”
That means I get rid of the pressure I was putting on my low back and lengthen that area to remove the tension. And now, I honestly feel great! It took a month or two of foam rolling and recovery to get rid of the pain.
