Frozen Peanut Butter Protein Bites

This recipe is extremely easy and has become a go-to for us when we are craving sweets. Easy to prepare and ready in less than an hour, you can store these in the freezer for instant sweet tooth satisfaction!

 

Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Makes 14 mini bites
  • 1 cup peanut flour
  • 1.5 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp maple extract

Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray (we used coconut oil cooking spray). Mix all ingredients together with enough water to create a thick creamy consistency. Spoon into mini muffin tins and freeze for 1 hour. When ready to eat, let thaw for a few minutes then pop them out one at a time and enjoy!
