We’re pretty sure nothing beats an easy recipe that tastes delicious, you can throw together in a matter of minutes, and take with you for a great on-the-go snack. This is the perfect peanut butter treat for those of you who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Plus, picky eaters will love them too! We love to eat these as a late night snack when we’re craving something sweet. They’d also be great with a few mini chocolate chips added in!
Makes 16 bites
- 1 cup Better N’ Peanut Butter*
- 1/2 cup protein powder (we used Trutein Cinnabun)
- 1/4 cup Truvia or erythritol
In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and form into 16 balls. Store in refrigerator.
