Easy Cucumber & Tomato Salad
The summer days are numbered, but that doesn’t mean you have to give up the taste of summer quite yet! This cucumber salad is so delicious, packed full of vitamins, and will keep you feeling light and refreshed. So what are you waiting for?! Make a batch of this and keep in stored in the refrigerator for up to a day.
Cucumber & Tomato Salad
Makes 4 servings
- 2 large cucumber (about 3 cups), sliced
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Bragg’s liquid aminos
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly saturated with Bragg’s liquid aminos. Place in refrigerator and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
