Target the back of your arms with these 4 exercises to tone and reduce the dreaded bat wings!
After a 3-5 minute warm-up complete 3 sets of 15 reps for the following exercises:
- Overhead tricep extensions
- Tricep kickbacks
- Tricep push-ups
- Dips on a bench or study chair
