4 ROUNDS ~~~ HIIT routine using a bench (or sturdy, stable chair):
– 20 sec Bench Hops
– 20 sec Alternating Lateral Step Ups
– 20 Plyo Step Ups (each leg)
– 20 Plank Tuck & Glute Raise (each leg)
