Sugar Cookie Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder*
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1-2 packets stevia extract
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 drops almond extract
- *optional for an added protein boost!
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
