5 Minute Salad

“I don’t have time to eat healthy…” Yeah RIGHT! Bookmark this or share it on Facebook if you will MAKE time. This salad literally takes 5 minutes, it’s the easiest thing in the world. I eat one almost every day to squeeze in more veggies.

Bring your salad game up a notch with whatever veggies you like. I used spinach, broccoli slaw, broccoli florets and tomatoes today — you can add peppers, onions, beets, green beans, chicken optional, etc — whatever you want just get creative!
 
Throw in nuts & seeds, 2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s fresh bruschetta sauce, a dash of balsamic vinegar and you’re basically done.
 
Top it with some avocado, salt & pepper and that’s it!
 
This salad is so easy even a baby could do it.
