Green Smoothie Recipe for Weight Loss
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
- 1-2 handfuls of spinach
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!
