Gluten and Grain Free Protein Pancakes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup protein powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbs ghee, coconut oil or butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- dash of salt
Instructions
- Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.
- Mix all dry ingredients, then add your wet and whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Pour batter onto prepared pan and cook until golden brown, flipping halfway.
