Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
- Juice from 1/2 small lemon
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce (or Dijon mustard)
- 1 clove of garlic, crushed or minced
- 1/3 cup EVOO
- 2-5 drops of liquid stevia extract (sweeten to taste)
- optional salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together
Enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
