Cinnamon Sugar Pecan Butter
After making our Macadamia Nut Butter, we just couldn’t contain ourselves. We’ve done it again. Yes, another nut butter, but this time pecans are the culprit. And it’s not just pecans that have been mixed into this smooth, creamy jar of heaven. You know we had to “sweeten” the pot! 🙂
Even though our Cinnamon Sugar Pecan Butter actually contains zero sugar, you’d never know it; we used stevia instead, a plant-derived all-natural sweetener, mixed with just the right amount of cinnamon to make your tastebuds smile. Spread it on a slice of Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin toast, eat it with a little fruit, or just spoon a proper serving straight down the gullet! We’re not here to judge. 😉
Just be careful, this pecan butter is dangerously good! All you need is 2 tablespoons and you’ll be right as rain. Give it a try this week if you’re looking for a quick and easy way to impress your friends and family. They won’t know what hit them!
Cinnamon Sugar Pecan Butter
Makes 10 servings
- 2 cups raw pecans
- 1/3 cup Truvia or erythritol
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Place pecans in a food processor or high powered blender and process until smooth (about 5-6 minutes), scraping down the sides occasionally. Add in all other ingredients and mix until combined. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks! Enjoy!
