Baked Kale Chips

These kale chips are so easy to make and are a great nutritious, low calorie snack. Even if you’re not a fan of kale, we beg you to try these! They are so crispy and delicious. Bake a large batch of these at the beginning of the week for a healthy, high fiber snack you can enjoy anytime.

Kale Chips

  • 1 bunch kale, cut into pieces with stems removed
  • extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay kale out on your baking sheet, spray with olive oil, season with salt and any other seasonings (we used garlic powder), and toss around until kale is well coated. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crisp.
