Monday Morning Motivation
Sara and I are constantly looking for new sources of inspiration, both in our personal and professional lives. I found this image on Instagram (via @turn_your_fitness_on) and edited it with a quote. I will post this up on my bulletin board in my room as daily motivation.
I like having things around me that inspire me because I know I will see this image every day and it will be a reminder for me to work on achieving this pose.

Every day both Sara and I work a little bit on new steps that will bring us closer to our goals. If you’re just starting out in health & fitness, take your journey one day at a time and remember that consistency and patience are key.
Try not to go overboard with your efforts because you risk getting burnt out quickly. Think of life as more of a marathon, not a sprint, and focus on making small manageable changes to your daily routine.
You’ll get to where you’re going eventually. Time to get busy building your dream body/life/career/whatever else you want.
