Yields: 2

Deliciously chocolately and chewy brownie batter cookies.



  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 egg whites, room temperature
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until a thick batter forms.
  3. Drop cookies into round circles on your prepared pan and bake for 16-18 minutes.
