Abs Challenge!

Ready? Set? GO!a

  • 100 strict mountain climbers
  • 10 burpees
  • 50 knee huggers (while in a seated position, tuck your knees in then extend the legs and repeat)
  • 10 burpees
  • 25 leg raises (while lying down on your back, keep the bellybutton in towards the spine and lower both straight legs down only as far as you can go without arching your lower back — do not rush through these or use momentum)
  • 10 burpees

REPEAT 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME!!

Form and safety are key (as always) so don’t rush through anything and keep your core engaged throughout each movement. Share with a friend to see if they have what it takes.  😉
