Easy Tomato Basil Garlic Hamburgers
Are burgers one of your guilty pleasures? Try our recipe for bunless burgers on zucchini noodles, and we promise you’ll feel completely guilt-free. Plus, these are so easy to make – it only takes about 5 minutes – and the leftovers (if you have any!) make a great lunch the next day.
Tomato Basil Garlic Burgers
Makes 4 servings
- 16 oz 96% lean ground beef
- Mrs. Dash Tomato Basil Garlic, to taste
- salt, to taste
- 3 large zucchini
- 1 cup tomato sauce (we used Trader Joe’s Organic)
Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Form ground beef into 4 evenly sized patties, and place in your pan. Season with Mrs. Dash and salt, and cook until browned flipping halfway through.
Using a vegetable spiral cutter, make zucchini “noodles.” If you don’t have one of these, you can either cut zucchini into long noodle strips or use a grater to make small “noodles.” Microwave zucchini for 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Top with tomato sauce, a burger, and Mrs. Dash to taste. This is also great with a little bit of parmesan cheese on top! Enjoy!
