As always this healthy banana muffin recipe is made with only real food ingredients!
Now why do we always preach eating real food?
Well, basically anyone can eat this way and easily sustain a healthy, ideal bodyweight.
When it comes to fitness nutrition, it’s actually much simpler than you think, but there’s no way you’d ever know that with all the misinformation out there today; it has become incredibly difficult to sift through all of it on your own…
But without the nutrition portion of the fitness equation, no one, we repeat… NO ONE, would be able to reach their long term health + fat loss goals.
It really is that important.
You can workout out until you’re blue in the face… But if your nutrition isn’t in line with your specific body type, height, weight and goals, you will spin your wheels forever.
The only way we’ve both been able to maintain our ideal bodyweight and consistently high levels of energy long term is because of our lifestyle shift, healthy habits, and real food meal plan choices.
Not only that, but always having food on your mind, being on a “diet,” or stressing out over what and how to eat is a huge energy drain.
A diet implies that there are certain foods you “can’t” have. “Diets” come in many forms, from low carb to low fat to crazy starvation methods and more.
It can be a little overwhelming and a lot scary. In our experience, no matter what, “diets” leave people feeling restricted and deprived.
A person is left to rely solely on their willpower alone. And they almost always backfire.
Why? Because it is human nature. We can only sustain willpower for so long, and this usually results in these “diets” lasting only for a short time span before most people give up and go back to their old ways.
If you want to sustain a healthy lifestyle and keep a toned and fit body year-round, you cannot rely on willpower alone.
Yes, you can certainly use willpower to get yourself started, but ultimately you must shift your entire mindset towards food and eating and rebalance your body’s natural signals if you are to sustain these habits long term.
So how do you do this and where should you start?
Try this 7-Day Body Detox plan to reset your fat burning metabolism, regenerate your tastebuds and get back on track to a natural, whole food diet quickly and easily.
Once you’re more in tune with your body and its internal signals after following a plan like this, you’ll be able to still eat foods you enjoy like muffins and pizza – but they’ll start to actually taste different to you altogether.
Take our word for it right now or try it for yourself — these old foods you crave now may become less enjoyable than you thought they were once — you’ll see they won’t taste as “good” and they’ll lose their desirable lure as you rebalance your body.
It might sound crazy to you now, but this is actually a scientific fact — your tastebuds completely regenerate every two weeks. This means after a couple weeks of eating different natural whole foods, your entire taste preferences can radically shift!
As your tastebuds change, you’ll find that the key to sustaining your progress simply becomes finding healthier recipes for your favorite foods, like this one for starters, and you’ll be able to learn how you can always enjoy these little treats completely guilt-free.
So if you are a banana bread lover, you are doing to fall in love with these healthified Chocolate Chip Banana Oat Muffins.
