Easy Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

  • Juice from 1/2 small lemon
  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Aioli Garlic Mustard Sauce (or Dijon mustard)
  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed or minced
  • 1/3 cup EVOO
  • 2-5 drops of liquid stevia extract (sweeten to taste)
  • optional salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together
Enjoy!
Store in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
