In our private SSF community, we engage with you and the group, and literally no question goes unanswered.
You’ll not only get a load of fun materials and video workouts to follow along with, you’ll also get real live interaction with professionals as well as the other women doing the challenge with you. How cool is that?!
Our groups stay small and intimate so you won’t have to worry about being “drowned out” in swarms of check-ins like in some larger groups. We put a cap on registration entries, so you won’t have to worry about struggling to be heard and supported.

Why Join the SSF Challenge?
We know there are bazillions of other fitness challenges you can join in January (and let’s be real, you probably already have). But here’s the thing… They’re all missing one VITAL piece of the puzzle that will make or break your results.
What’s that, you ask? Well the answer is simple.
It’s simplicity.
LOL – yes, I literally just said it’s simple, twice.
So you may be thinking to yourself, yeah RIGHT…
They all claim to be simple, but then I get inside and I can’t breathe because I’m swamped with info to read, documents to download, complicated workouts to follow and lord knows I don’t have time for that because the cat’s out of food, the kids just painted my walls a deliciously stormy shade of rainbow spew, and my boss will not stop hawking my email timestamps.
Guess what, sister… The SSF community is simple. Straight up.
Because we get it — you’re busy. We get it — it’s tough. And that’s why we’ve developed a simple plan for you to follow that WILL deliver results, as long as you can set aside 30 minutes each day for you.
This challenge includes just a few workouts you can do at home, no equipment required, and no flashy, expensive coaching plans necessary. Inside our group, you’ll find other real-life career women, full-time moms, college and university students, and lots of other women who you can actually relate to.
And while other challenges may claim to have community too, this one has a deeper level of it across the board. You will actually make real life friends here.
We’ve had some women make such good friends from across the country in our challenges that they’ve even invited one another to their wedding days.
Why? Because it gets REAL in the SSF community, and there’s zero BS here.
We are all real-life ladies who are on a mission to not only take care of our bodies the way they deserve, but also to laugh, share our funny life stories along the way, and to lift each other up while we get healthier, stronger, fitter and more confident across the board.

Who are the Super Sisters?
The Super Sisters are 2 certified master trainers and fitness instructors. Graduates of UCLA’s Fitness Leadership Program and Sport & Exercise Nutrition Specialists, these sisters have helped thousands of women reach their fat loss and fitness goals worldwide.
Liz Germain, the older of the two sisters, is going to be guiding you through this 30-day challenge inside the Facebook group. Sara, her younger sister, will be coaching you through the videos. In general, anyone can be a super sister!
Being a “super sister” just means that you’ve committed yourself to living your best life and inspiring other women to do the same.

Simply enter your name and email below! You should receive a welcome email upon submission. I entered my name and email, how do I know if I’m registered?
You should receive a welcome email once you’re officially registered. If you did not receive it yet, make sure you’ve waiting a few hours, then check your spam folder or perform a search in your inbox for a message from us.
If you still have not received it, please add “contact@supersisterfitness.com” to your Contacts List and try again. If this does not work, you may email us and we will try to help you troubleshoot further.

How do I win prizes?
Anyone who participates in the free 30-day challenge is eligible to win prizes at the end of the challenge. Winners are chosen based on adherence to the program, participation and interaction via social media (Facebook and Instagram) and overall progress made in the Before & After photo submissions.
What equipment will I need?
Nothing! Just your bodyweight, ladies!! No excuses. 😉 You may also want a yoga mat and/or a water bottle and towel, but they’re optional.
Is this exercise program suitable for me and my current fitness level?
We cannot say whether or not this program is right for you without having evaluated your current fitness level and abilities.You must consult with your physician before beginning this challenge. From there it is up to you to use your best discretion when deciding what is appropriate for you. We do not recommend participating if you have any injuries or other medical conditions.
What will the workouts be like?
Each workout utilizes total body functional movements to target the lower body, core and upper body at the same time. They are short but effective, and when done in sets of 3 will leave you dripping in sweat!! 🙂
Make sure you always do a proper warmup for 3-5 minutes before every workout.
