You made it through the month of October and now it’s time for the grand prize winner announcement!

But first, we just want to say a BIG CONGRATS to everyone who made it this far! You did such a great job and we loved reading all your entries and posts all month long. 

The challenge may be “over,” but the journey doesn’t stop here. Let’s push through for an awesome holiday season together so we can rock our NYE dresses and get a head start on any 2015 resolutions we plan to make!

“Thank you so much for providing your #leanhalloween challenge to all of us who want to improve our fitness levels! I am grateful that I participated in #leanhalloween for the first time ever using YOUR fitness calendar and videos!
It was my first time following through with a workout program! It was easy because the calendars took out the guesswork in knowing what had to be done for the day to be accomplished. I also enjoyed the eating philosophy that went with the challenge to eat unprocessed, natural, whole foods. It was a simple, no-nonsense way of choosing food that fueled my body instead of worrying about counting calories!
What I am most proud of during the last 30 days is holding myself accountable with working out for your challenge by making sure I shared my progress with other Super Sister Fitness enthusiasts on Instagram! I’ve always been shy about showing off my body due to the parts I didn’t like about myself (arms and tummy), but it has been freeing and rewarding share my fitness efforts with other fitness enthusiasts following the challenge.
I am happy to see that there is a noticeable difference in physical appearance after completing your challenge!”

“The one thing I am most proud of these past 31 days is how I have persevered and kept motivated. I have never found myself able to push myself to not let my excuses overcome my motivation.

With the lean Halloween challenge I was able to stay motivated and do workouts on the days I would usually talk myself into thinking I needed to just sit on the couch and relax for that half hour instead. I  am also really proud of how much progress I have actually seen not only physically, but emotionally. I am definitely more confident with myself and my body and am not even more motivated to stick with this in the long run. Thank you for the chance at this lean Halloween challenge!”

“My goal was actually to gain muscle! I’m recovering from orthorexia and a spinal cord injury that completely killed all my muscles. The only “measurement” I have is my weight which increased about 1.5 lbs and I’m so happy! I can feel such a difference in my muscles and by the end of the month, I was taking the challenges during the workouts and increasing the amount of rounds I did. I’m proud of myself for making my health a priority by building my muscles and nourishing myself properly. I loved having the encouragement and guidance of the lean Halloween challenge and I’m happy to say I never missed a day – even when I went away for the weekend.
