Mini Banana Cream Pie

These make the perfect holiday party treat! November is right around the corner and before you know it the party invitations will start rolling in, and most likely you’ll be expected to bring something along. These make the cutest finger-food treat that everyone is sure to enjoy, AND they have portion control built right in! You may want to double the batch because these are definitely a crowd pleaser 😉

Mini Banana Cream Pie

Makes 15 mini pies

  • 1 package mini fillo dough shells*
  • 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup protein powder (we use Trutein Cinnabun)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • stevia to taste
  • whipped cream for topping!

*can be found in the freezer aisle. We bought the Athen’s brand that has 15 shells per package.

In a medium bowl, mix greek yogurt, banana, protein powder, stevia and vanilla extract until thoroughly combined. Spoon into each mini shell and top each one with a tablespoon of whipped cream.
