Lateral Leaps Workout

Football season is coming up fast. Try these lateral leaps today to get ready for it! After a proper warmup, hop side to side, ending in the “Heisman” pose for a second before immediately leaping back. Focus on keeping your abs engaged and really power through your legs. Can you get to 100 reps? The wider the better!!
