Here are 3 Tips To Find the Perfect Workout Music.
 

1.  IT’S ALL ABOUT THE BEAT

Stay away from music with a slow beat. Slow Beats = Slow Movements and little extra motivation.  We recommend Hip Hop, Electronic Music or Pop that are fast paced and make you want to dance. 
 

2. FIND ONE SONG YOU LOVE AND CREATE A STATION WITH THAT SONG

The great thing about Fit Radio and other music providers is that they allow you to create stations based on a band or song.  Pick a workout song you love and create a station around it. You might have to give a few songs the “thumb-down” at first but soon you’ll have a station you love and can come back to over and over. 
 
 

3. PICK HAPPY MUSIC

Nothing is more depressing than pushing yourself through a hard workout with someone crying in your ear.  On that note, we suggest avoiding the country music genre all together. Ain’t no time for an Achy Breaky Heart.
