Sugar Cookie Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder*
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1-2 packets stevia extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 drops almond extract
  • *optional for an added protein boost!

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
